Plan Options
401(k) Retirement Plans
A 401(k) plan is an employer sponsored plan that allows its employees to save and invest with pre-tax dollars. Within a GBA sponsored 401(k) plan, each adopting employer has a fully customizable plan document that allows for tailored provisions like matching levels, eligibility requirements, Roth features, loan provisions, etc. GBA Retirement Services works closely with Plan Sponsors to build a 401(k) plan that best fits the needs of your participants.
GBA Retirement Services partners with American Trust as our Discretionary Trustee, Investment Manager and Record Keeper. These partnerships allow us to offer our exceptional program to our members. Click here to read more about our partners.

Profit Sharing Plans
A profit-sharing plan is a defined contribution plan in which the employer has discretion to determine when and how much the company pays into the plan. The amount allocated to each individual account is usually based on the salary level of the employee.
GBA Retirement Services, Inc. offers member banks the ability to offer a retirement plan giving employees incentive to manage toward bank profitability. Profit Sharing Plans may or may not have a Section 401(k) feature at the discretion of the bank; however, all of GBA's 401(k) plans are accompanied by a PSP.
